Since part one of Wednesday season 2 leaves the storylines unresolved, I decided to activate my swiftie senses and find Easter eggs, and cliffhanging moments that are shocking. Whether it be the demise of Tyler and Enid or the revival of some of the show favorites, such as Principal Weems and Goody Addams, here is a closer breakdown of all that we believe might (or won’t) happen, and also some of the most compelling fan theories.
Tyler didn’t push Wednesday
I know starting with this is not a good idea. But this is what came to my mind first. And I even made a reel about it instantly and got so many theories as well. You can check out here :
I think The new music teacher or the woman Wednesday rescued in Episode could have pushed Wednesday or maybe she was trying to use her powers and got a bad reaction out of it. But for some reason I strongly believe it wasn’t Tyler who pushed Wednesday. And I also think we just got a rushed version of what happened. Not the full scene and we will eventually get to see the full dynamic in part two. Also I don’t know if I am thinking too much but the scene of Wednesday being pushed looks a lot similar to the stop motion Tim Burton made for season 2.
Principal Weems Is Back Again in Wednesday Season 2
Viewers were heartbroken that Principal Weems has been unalived in Season 1. However, given that Wednesday is a supernatural show, there is potential that she can be back. Some of them might be: As a ghost: ghost-like fate to continue giving or warning Wednesday or survival twist: she does not die in the finale and returns to offer some advice behind the scenes. The possible revival of Weems has already created quite a buzz among the fans because in Season One she immediately became one of the fan favorites.
Tyler Hunts Down Enid
After the final scene of episode 4, Tyler flees Willow hill and what happens next we will find in part two. But we can predict, he will go after Enid to finish off the things he dreamt about while being chained in his willow hill. The events in the narrative of Tyler might go a tragic way as he pursues Enid either as a true vengeance or in an attempt to keep her safe out of other vicious hands. Well I dont think the latter will happen as there is a constant threat of Enid’s demise.
More New Addams Family Members in Wednesday Season 2
Wednesday season 2 feels more of addams family show than wednesday 2 show itself as it kickoff with wednesday and her brother pugsley arriving in nevermore academy with their parents and lurch. And eventually as the episodes progress we see Wednesday’s uncle, grandmother and the mentions of her aunt which we will know more in part two.
Part two can also possibly add more members of the Addams family and have a personal and supernatural connection with Wednesday. It might be possible that these new members of the family can divulge information about her origins or perhaps give her tips on how she could be able to fight off villains such as Slurp or other threats that we were not yet familiar with
Wednesday Helps Tyler Control Powers
Tyler is no longer in Willow hill and cannot control his powers and he is also developing Hyde powers beyond control and his story appears to be headed towards a redemption story along the line. Wednesday should be able to teach him to gain control of his powers and allow him a possibility to be more than the so-called monster everyone says he is. But this might happen after Wednesday gets healed and Tyler and Wednesday come on a term to stop this.
It is an impressive arch since Tyler has been neglected, manipulated, and traumatized. Aiding him in becoming an agent of his own actions may result in one of the most fulfilling emotionally plotlines in season 2 .
Goody Addams Might Return
Jenna Ortega has played a second role of Wednesday in season 1 as her ancestor, Goody Addams. Fans have been speculating that Goody could make an appearance in some form, as a ghost or spiritual guide, helping Wednesday through new challenges. Possibly becoming an antagonist, using Wednesday for her own, mysterious reasons. Goody’s return could also be connected to Wednesday’s developing powers, and secrets of the Nightshade Society.
The Zombie/ Slurps’s Backstory
The zombie slurp will have a very important role in the upcoming part of wednesday season 2. His character has been buried with enormous potential. He might become human again after eating enough brains. His apathetic nature may be a parallel to her lack of emotions on Wednesday.
He also has been in the past and may be connected to the secrets of Nevermore Academy, and unlock some of the L.O.U.I.S. experimentation secrets and history. This relationship can give Wednesday a chance to deal with her own emotional blind spot, and possibly travel through these morally gray waters.
The Music Teacher Controlling Everything?
We have a new character, Isadora Capri, a music teacher who has arrived in the nevermore academy and has shown interest in Wednesday’s musical abilities and constantly motivating her. But as amazing as she is with her musical skills, there have been suspicious activities around her. One of them being her performance at the bonfire and later in the last episode where she performs in Willow Hill. Apparently she was controlling everyone with her music and the song she was playing was called “Zombie”.
Could the Mysterious Woman Be Ophelia or Tyler’s Mother?
Wednesday rescued a woman from L.O.U.I.S in the last episode who could be her aunt Ophelia, based on the positive and idealistic moral protagonist of the comics or Tyler mother, which would explain why he is so attached to her now and why he would have apparently defected his old master. Which leaves all the views in confusions that will be cleared in part two.
Also her recovery could refocus the Tyler arc by providing the emotional stability he has always been lacking and in turn setting up a genuine redemption story by the end of this season.
Will Lady Gaga be in part 2 of Wednesday S2?
It is already revealed that she will guest star in the second half of season 2, according to a posting on X by Netflix. She will play the role of Rosaline Rotwood, a mythical Nevermore teacher that ends up intersecting paths with Wednesday.
