What is The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 About :
The summer I turned pretty is based on the 3rd and final book in the summer I turned pretty series by Jenny han, We’ll Always Have Summer. The book and series is set after the events of the first two books.
It follows Belly Conklin, her brother Steven and the fisher brothers who are her moms best friend’s sons, Conrad and Jeremiah Fisher. They used to spend their summer at the cousins’ beach which was Susannah’s home.
As they grew up together, Belly starts to have feelings for Conrad and eventually she gets caught up in a love triangle with the fisher brothers that continues from the first book to this 3rd one.
All while the love triangle continues, Susannah’s health takes different turns, belly navigates her life and eventually decides what and whom she is going to choose for herself. The series is ongoing, and if you have not read the book or watched any previous season it might spoil things for you.

The Summer I Turned Pretty Book 3 Summary
If you are team Conrad, this might hurt you, but this book takes after the events of book 2 where Conrad tells belly to be with Jeremiah.
Two years after determining her happily ever after in form of Jeremiah, Belly is in her college era and feels that she has accomplished happiness only to see things fall apart. At a point where Jeremiah does something so heartbreaking, Belly gets into a position to doubt if choosing Jeremiah was a good idea. The love triangle flares up as she gets lured in the direction of Conrad once again.
All this is accompanied by a surprise proposal, family strains, unresolved emotions and Belly is finally forced to make a decision between the two brothers who have her heart. Ultimately, this is not all about love, but it is all about maturity and making a choice in life on what kind of future she really wants.
This is the last book in the series and the season 3 of The Summer I Turned Pretty is based on this book with some slight changes.

The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 Predictions & Theories :
- Belly & Jeremiah College : According to the book and the clips from the trailer it’s confirmed both of them are in college and there is a time jump. In the book there was only a 2 year jump but in the series it’s 4. So I think we are getting tons of Belly and Jeremiah college scenes. I am team Conrad through and through so I am not enjoying this one bit. But it’s amazing to see belly in her college era like it felt reading in the books.
- Conrad and Agnes : Ever since I read the carnival scene of them enjoying snacks and Agnes asking about belly I was anticipating seeing it in the series. Because it was their first scene together and it was so beautifully written.
- Steven & Taylor : Steven and Taylor will be endgame. I have a feeling.
- Christmas as Cousins : The scene felt so heartwarming and cozy reading. And watching it in the 2nd episode healed something in me.
- Belly and Jeremiah’s Wedding : Belly and Jeremiah decided to get married.
- Belly in Paris : From reading and seeing her growing up at the cousins during her high school era to College and to finally studying abroad in Paris! I can’t wait.
- Conrad finding about Jeremiah Cheating : Oooooh, I have never been so excited to watch a fight scene in my life. This is going to heal my soul. I just can’t wait and I am hoping it will be in episode 7 or 8.
- Conrad’s letters to Belly : One of the best parts of book 3 has to be the letters and I am rooting for them so much. And I know Jenny Jan SERVES THE letter scene in her movies and series and this is going to be absolutely INSANE.
- Jeremiah and Denise : I can’t decide if Denise likes Steven or not. I don’t really want them to be together so Jeremiah and Denise ending up together might be better.
- Team Conrad or Jeremiah : And finally, Bonrad mi love. I have been a Team Conrad girlie ever since I have read the book. And I can’t think of a single reason why people like being Team Jeremiah (Yes, I am up for fighting also in this case). I am not going to be even delulu, because Bonrad is going to be the endgame. That’s it, that’s all.
