Speak Now TV as book recs- books and music are my two absolute favorite things in the world so anytime I’d listen to a new song I’d instantly start connecting the lyrics with books.
So here are some books that reminded me of “speak now” tv with the vault tracks.
1. Mine – Reckless by Elsie Silver

While everyone thinks the ice queen is mean and unlikeable and make her think the same, bull rider Theo Silva proves her wrong and makes her his.
2. Sparks Fly – Haunting Adeline by H.D Carlton
Whenever the light goes down and Adelines stalkers green eyes meet her sparks fly and light up her whole life. Those green eyes haunt her but also gets her through tough times and makes her forget he’s a bad idea.
3. Back to December – Forget Me Not by Julie Soto
Ama Torres broke Elliott Bloom’s heart during December but regrets as nothing will ever be better and realizes until it’s too late. So she goes back In December in her mind to make it alright, all the time.
4. Speak Now – Powerless by Elsie Silver
When your life is a mess, everything is wrong and going downhill, you have no idea what to do with yourself so you run off your wedding without saying a vow because they said speak now. Well that’s kind of the theme of powerless where a runaway bride Slone takes a road trip with her childhood friend Jasper to escape reality for a while which takes them on a whole different journey.
5.Dear John -Twisted Kingdom by Rina Kent
One day he threatens to destroy her entire life and the next destroys everything to make her happy. Changing the rules everyday yup that’s kinda complicated but you have read this book trilogy to get all the rollercoaster ride of Aiden and Elsa’s story. Twisted kingdom is the 3rd book in the royal elite series and part of a trilogy.
6. Mean – The Wall of Winnipeg and Me by Mariana Zapata
When everyone is mean with you, your entire life but you just continue making the best life for yourself. Now you live in a city and have a peaceful life and they can’t even hit you.
7. The Story of Us – You Deserve Each Other
When it started with a simple, complicated, miscommunication but eventually made their story a tragedy. So many things they wanna tell each other buy their relation.
8. Never Grow Up- Binding 13/ Keeping 13
At sixteen, there’s so much you want to do but can’t so you’re eager to grow up and do all the things then.
9. Enchanted – The Finisher Dark Verse # 4
Your eyes whispered, “Have we met?” Is it just me or this reminds me of the amnesia, second chance romance trope? The Finisher is the 4th book in the dark verse series and I would have loved to recommend this as a standalone but it’s better in order so you won’t get spoiled. It’s about Alpha and Zephyr who were childhood friends to lovers but something happens and they fall apart but 10 years later they meet again but our Alpha has no memory of his past so when Zephyr approaches him with an unresisting deal he gets wrapped in the familiar warmth and his eyes whispered, “Have we met?” and he was definitely enchanted to meet her.
10. Better Than Revenge – Verity
There’s definitely nothing verity does better than revenge especially when someone tries to steal something off hers.
11. Innocent Mindfu k Series
Lana Myers, that’s it, that’s all, I don’t need to say anything because this verse sums up the whole book and everyone should read this series. It follows Logan who is an FBI agent in search of a serial killer who happens to be her girlfriend but he doesn’t find out till book 4. But there’s more plot in the series as we get to see the backstory. No matter how dark this book gets, Lana will always be innocent.
12. Haunted – Marriage For One
Stood there and watched you walk away… the memories haunts jack hawthorn hoping he would get them back.
13. Last kiss – Happy Place
When you thought you’d spend the rest of your life with the person you spent the last decade with but now you’re thinking of your last kiss because you never imagined you would end up like this. Harriet and Wynn have to fake date for a while because their friend group still thinks they are happy, in love and engaged but actually they are falling apart and fighting in silence.
14. Long Live – From Lukov with Love
The crowds in stands went wild…(me reading jasmin and ivans banter). Jasmine Santos never thought her dreams would come true after seventeen years of countless broken bones and broken promises until Ivan Lukov came into the picture with an undeniable offer. As they continue their figure skating journey as partners things start changing.
15. Ours – Addicted Series
When lily callaway keeps worrying about the rumors and all the bad comments about her and her loved ones, loren hale keeps reminding her how people….

17. Electric Touch – Redeemed
As Chloe Carter breaks into Santiago’s house none of them thought they would grow close to each other like this. The more they pretend in their fake dating things start shifting as their heat of electric touch bring the broken pieces of their heart together.
18. When Emma Falls in Love – Done and Dusted
“Like if Cleopatra grew up in a small town…” Clementine Ryder (Emmy) grew up in the small town which she always wanted to escape and chase her dreams just to return when her life was falling apart. So she left everything behind and returned to her hometown and her life never was the same as before as she met the town’s bad boy Luke, who became better because he got a chance to love her.
19. I can see you – Twisted Games
Royal forbidden romance where the princess sneaks out to meet her lover after dark thinking…….. “What would you do If they never found us out? What would you do if we never made a sound?”…. I don’t think there’s anything more fitting than these lyrics to describe twisted games. Also if you liked the princess diaries you will love this book. This is the 2nd book in the twisted series but can be read as standalone.
21. Castle Crumbling – Idol
As the lead singer of kill johns Killian can see his castle crumbling as his band starts falling apart. In order to take a break and unwind he escapes his life to a small town hiding his identity. But soon his neighbor Libby, finds him without having any clue who he really is and Killian keeps hiding his identity because he doesn’t want to let anyone down anymore after what happened that caused his band to fall apart.
21. Foolish One – Monster Trilogy
Sasha knows how to act like she’s fine because she’s been pretending to be someone else her whole life to survive. And Kirill definitely knows how to keep her waiting. As life takes different turns sasha realizes she can no longer pretend she’s fine and can’t label this situation.
22. “Timeless” – Parallel Series
Not only in different lives but in every universe Quinn and Nick prove to each other they are the ultimate definition of soulmates and no one can ever tear them apart as an invisible string keeps tying them together in every timeline and universes.
